The Lunchette is a diner owned by John & Georgine MacMurry. They founded during the height of the pandemic, after they were both laid off in June of 2020. Business picked up quickly, followed by a flagship store in the heart of the city. Staples: A Recipe Book (of sorts)

Aptly-named, this book sets out to become a household staple, in-itself. And, while there is no shortage of cookbooks in the world, this one is truly different! Most often, cookbooks instruct rather than engage. This book is an interactive journal that prompts reflection and action, all while tailoring the cooking process to the reader’s preferences. The recipes are a bonus collection to showcase how to put the concepts in this book into motion and get the ball rolling. Find out what your staples are!
